Premium grade wild salmon is hand-filleted, pin-bone removed, brined and traditionally smoked. The salmon is then placed in a foil pouch and is cooked in its own Omega 3 oil. There are no additives or preservatives used. This product is high in protein, low in cholesterol, and a rich source of Omega-3 fatty acids.
Our smoked salmon jerky is made from wild salmon caught fresh from the pristine waters of British Columbia. Each salmon is hand filleted, lightly seasoned and slow smoked over maple and alder wood for over 24 hours. Spices, sea salt and sugar are added to compliment the flavour. A healthy snack packed with Omega 3 fatty acids and 20% more protein than beef jerky.
