We have made it easy for you by pre-portioning and lightly salting this King Salmon. Just grill, poach or bake with your favourite sauce or seasoning.
The salmon is first double smoked and then a small amount of pure Canadian maple syrup and a sprinkling of black pepper are added to the fillet of smoked salmon just before it is placed in a gold foil pouch, sealed and cooked. Enjoy!
